Daniel J. O’Gorman B.C.L.
Daniel J. O’Gorman founded the Practice in 1991 in association with Fionnuala McMahon. He is an honours graduate from University College Cork. He has extensive knowledge of legal matters from over twenty five years of practice. He has fostered within the firm a culture of diligence, hard work and professionalism. Daniel also enjoys the distinction of being appointed as legal advisor to the Garda Representative Association and its membership by the GRA Central Executive Committee.
Fionnuala Mc Mahon B.A.
Fionnuala Mc Mahon is an honours graduate of University College Dublin and she was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1986. Fionnuala has been with the Practice since its inception and she has twenty-four years experience of all aspects of legal work. In recent years, she has specialised in residential and commercial conveyancing, landlord and tenant matters and commercial litigation.
Caitriona Dwane B.C.L.
Caitriona graduated with an honours BCL Degree from University College Cork in 2002. She returned to Limerick and commenced her training in O’Gorman Solicitors in 2004 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2006. Caitriona has worked in the firm since specialising in the areas of litigation, employment and family law. She also deals with a variety of District Court work.
Cian Mac Mahon B.A. M.A. (Int.)
Cian obtained an honours degree from University College Galway and subsequently an honours Masters Degree in International Studies (including Conflict Resolution) from The University of Limerick, prior to being admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2005. Cian previously worked in A & L Goodbody Solicitors in the IFSC in Dublin prior to returning to his native Limerick, joining the team in O’Gormans early in 2006. He was subsequently admitted to the Law Society of England and Wales in 2009.
