Caitriona Dwane is an Honours graduate from University College, Cork. Caitriona has worked at O’Gorman Solicitors since 2004, initially as an Apprentice Solicitor and thereafter as a Solicitor. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2006.
Caitriona has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of litigation, in particular personal injuries, family law, child care law, employment law, and health and safety law. She has vast experience in the area of freedom of information law and data protection law.
Caitriona has a vast knowledge of the practices and procedures at all court levels. She has also represented clients across a range of forums including the Employment Appeals Tribunal, the Labour Court, the Criminal Injures Compensation Tribunal, the Redress Board, and the Garda Compensation Tribunal.
Caitriona deals with a wide range of clients comprising of individuals, companies, and State organisations. She provides an energetic and enthusiastic approach to litigation.
