Fionnuala McMahon was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Hilary 1986 and was employed by Brophy & O’Gorman Solicitors, Limerick, before joining the practice of O’Gorman Solicitors, in May 1991.
Fionnuala has practised extensively in the areas of commercial and conveyancing law. Her commercial law experience includes the areas of business law, contract law, and taxation law, governance, company law, and technology and IP law. Throughout her years of practice, Fionnuala has been retained by commercial and private clients, public bodies and professionals to give advice on commercial contracts, asset transfer agreements, share sale and purchase agreements, franchise agreements, agency and distribution agreements, shareholders agreements, partnership agreements, company restructuring, building and development agreements, commercial arbitration and litigation.
Fionnuala has specialised in and dealt with every aspect of conveyancing, including the following; purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties; mortgages; loan refinancing; applications for registration of non-documentary title. Fionnuala also has considerable experience in landlord and tenant law both commercial and residential, and has acted for State Bodies, commercial and private clients in relation to commercial and residential leases.
